“ It was my first time at Eataly! My sister and I went to the Don Mills Location. I was very IMPRESSED with the service from our server Sarah. She was very attentive and so sweet! I was SURPRISED to see they had a kids menu that was very simple. I will definitely be bringing my children for an early dinner this summer! ”

“ Our server Gibby was so sweet, attentive and quick with waiting on us. I had the prefix menu, which included the bruschetta and bucatini cacio e pepe, added some delicious tender grilled chicken. The bruschetta was interesting, had burrata, peas and guanciale (first time trying, so good!). The bucatini was nice and thick, and the sauce wasn't too heavy which I usually fear after eating Italian food. The only down side is that bread is not complimentary, it's 5 for a bread basket of 4 pieces. Everything was so good. Will return. ”
“ Our server Paola was lovely! She was extremely warm and welcoming, conversational, and checked in on us throughout the meal. Our lasagna and pizza were both really delicious. The pizza crust was perfectly thin (even without upgrading to the thin crust). The crust also held its shape and was slightly crispy. Paola also recommended an Italian soda (specifically lemon) which we really enjoyed! Would definitely come back to try other dishes and the service also makes us want to come back soon. ”
“ I’m obsessed with Eataly! My first time was back in April with a group of 8 was phenomenally served by Chloe. Service was 5-star. We ordered quite a bit on the menu and every single item was delicious and all our mains came out at the same time. Loved Eataly so much that I came back for my birthday, served by Paola, who was also phenomenal. The restaurant was fully booked, yet understaffed, so the wait time to get asked for our orders was quite long (felt even longer when you’re hungry). However, as soon as Paola started taking our orders, everything went smoothly. There was no wait time for our food and drinks. Will be back here in a week or so to take my boss for dinner! ”
